"Good crayfish, cooked just right. It is not there fault the prices are up this year."

"I've dealt with one of the owners and some of the employees before when I changed their oil and they were nice enough but my husband works for the utility department and because of how quick they got the power restored several weeks ago after a storm, they were given a sampler crawfish plate thing. I was very impressed, you know it's good crawfish when their leftover and reheated crawfish (albeit properly and in boiling water very briefly) is better than other restaurants' freshly made crawfish. Tonight, I forgot to take meat out to thaw so he went to town for food. I wanted crawfish but he doesn't like them. Nonetheless, he decided on Bayou Cajun Crawfish because of how they treated him several weeks ago when he was doing his job. According to the employees, they have most of the branches represented there with employees but they were more than happy to give my husband a Military Discount and were super friendly. Some restaurants make honoring discounts seem like a chore so we really appreciated that."

"Very good crawfish boil at a reasonable price. So I didn't exactly know how to eat crawfish but I bought enough to get a lot of practice. Comes regular, spicy, extra spicy and the spicy was just right for me. They stay open til midnight, so there must be a lot of crawfish lovers out there. Mine were cook and I got corn and special potatoes with them. Went on to my hotel room where I got enough practice to begin to understand the art of eating crawfish. They also sell raw and shrimp"
